How do I qualify for an account?

Fill out the “Request an Account” form, found here on the ( Sign In ) page. Make sure to include your current, in-date license information.

 

How long does it take to receive a product?

It will vary by the product ordered and the shipping distance, but you can typically expect 2 to 5 business days.

 

What if I want a product that isn't available on the Lone Star Customer Portal?

We often fill specific product requests. If you don’t have a sales rep, you can complete the custom order form ( found here ), and a sales rep will reach out to you shortly. If you have a sales rep, you can either complete the form or contact them directly for more information.


What if I am already a Lone Star customer?

You can either request a login on the Sign In page or contact your sales rep, who will be happy to walk you through account setup.
